I am attempting to install Netview 5.1 and Framework 3.6.  Framework went
in flawlessly, but when I go to install Netview I get ...  But the libs in
the /usr/OC/lib/* are from netview 5.1 ... Any help would be
appriciated, cause it's left me scratching my head.
