Jean-Michel,
run "nvsec_admin" as root. Then in the menu Options select Global settings and 
turn security on.
After you finish, restart NetView daemons (including nvsecd, i.e. "nvsecd stop" 
and all of them will
go down).

I am sorry I cannot help you with Apache.
