I'm having a problem updating the ovactiond when running the command :
 /usr/OV/bin/updatelrf ovactiond -l'/usr/OV/log/ovactiond.log' '-t'

The error is:
Unable to connect to TME 10 Netveiew NMS
WARNING: Unable to register /usr/OV

Has anyone seen this before?  I think I have but can't recall what the
fix was.
