The Version 4 NetView for Digital Unix does not have PTF numbers, since
those are AIX-only (and lslpp doesn't work there either).  What you have
are  build levels, and you have to determine those by doing a setld
command, or so I am told.

I believe that the procedure is to do setld -i  |  grep  PNV  and see what
you get back.
It should be something like "NetView 4.1.5" and the last number corresponds
to the alphabetic number of the build level (5 would be "E", 6 would be "F"
and so on).  The current ship level is J or 10, so if you don't have that,
you should contact Digital to get a refresh.

Vince,  I trust you are aware that V4 is out of support even for Digital
and we are not building any new levels beyond this one.  I hope you have
migration plans in place for NetView V5.1 for Digital Unix since that is
what we are currently building and testing with.

I feel a bit silly asking this question, but how do I find what PTF version
we currently have installed.   We are running Netview 4.1 on Digital Unix.
