Design, implement and do 3rd and 4th level support of tivoli products for
internal customer who supports 400-600 external customers globally.  These
people must posess knowledge of Tivioli's (TEC: tivoli event console) and
Netview 5.1. They will work with 2 other consultants on this project. Work
week is 45 hrs per week on average with on call rotation. They will also do
