Hi at all.....

I wish to upgrade IOS for my Router Cisco, but I'm not able to perform this
operation with CiscoWorks 4.0 .
Infact I reveive this error:  " Get device software information error .
                   Line and Enable Passwords not set in database"

What does it mean? I have syncro my router, but nothing changes....

I would to know how can I upgrade my cisco.......are there some others
procedures for this?
Somebody  can help me?

I use Netview 5.0 on Aix 4.2.1.
