Dump Router Arp Tables into a Netview Database

Is there a way to dump Router Arp Tables into a netview database every 4 hours
or so and then be able to search the database for a ipaddress or mac address.  I
would
like to keep save several entries of the same mac and diffrent ipaddress.  What
do you all think?
