Vladimir,
I could not get the odadmin odlist command to work at all; the following,
however, works for changing the IP address.  Tivoli and Netview both still
work after this change.  The order of commands is important!

wifconfig -h goober -s en0 112.113.114.12 goober TRUE
smit and change the IP address on en0
edit and clean-up the /etc/hosts file for goober
ovstop
/usr/OV/service/reset_ci
ovstart
