Can't open some device graphic (Nways)

I got this problem, when I open some devices(for example: ibm 2210) ,it
shows :

License Problem
The license for this product is not valid
The specific error is?
The license check is in progress.

but some devices (for example: ibm 8230,8271...) are ok!
