You must have the Tivoli-Environment in your Path.

Run
. /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh
netnmrc

All Daemons that are dependant on Ovtopmd don't start, but nvsecd,trapd
and
ovwdb
are all well_behaved running.
Paging space is double memory......I'm getting desperate with this.....
