Howard,
what is the last message you get from OVTOPMD (check with ovstatus) ?
Is ovtopmd the only daemon not running or can you find other ones too ?

Hi, directly after I install 5.1 (AIX 4.2) Netview runs fine, but after I
boot the system , OVTOPMD won't start..Anybody had this problem?
