Hello all,

Does anyone know what minimum policy region or TMR roles are required to be
able to start the NetView user interface from the NetView server icon on
the Tivoli desktop?  I have never had problems myself, but I have full TMR
authority.  When I tried to get our helpdesk users to launch it, it fails
with an error about insufficient priviliges.
