The site is still correct and the code is still there.  I'm sorry but I
cannot help you beyond just verifying that.

I tried to get this from ftp.tivoli.com/support/SIA as per the
information in the FAQ but access to ftp.tivoli.com times out.  Is the
machine just down or has the location changed?  Can I still get SIA from
Tivoli / IBM??
