Forwarding OpenView events to Netview

I need to forward events from OpenView's NNM product to Netview.  I have heard 
that
there is a plug in to OpenView's event system that reads in NNM events and
forwards them to the trapd process on the Netview side.  Has anyone used such a
product and if so how well does it work?
