Managing Frame Relay Sub-Interfaces

What are some 3rd party options for managing frame relay interfaces, where
the graphical representation of the frame-relay subinterfaces and there
corresponding status are integrated into the NV 5.0 GUI? I am looking for a
tool that can better manage our existing frame-relay circuits on our Cisco
