Anyone familiar with the Nways 1.2 installation on AIX?

I noticed that it created 2 new Logical Volumes during the
installation, they appear to be used as some sort of cache.

/usr/rabmv2/cache

This is where one of them is mounted.  How importent are
these?  Are they used during the installation only or are
they used while NetView is up and running?
