Its really easy.  Heres how you do it.

First, you change the trapd configuration through SMIT.  There is an entry that 
allows you to specify trap forwarding hosts.  You can enter multiple addresses, 
if your at the latest PTF.

Next, you will need to alter selected trap configurations to forward traps to 
other hosts (the default is not to forward)  This is an easy way of filtering 
excessive traps before they bog down your other NMS.
