FW: MIBS and Trap Customization

Yes, The app is configured to forward the events, (so I'm told).  When I
try  the MIB browser,  the  I receive the following message:

Error: The variable does not exist or is read only

hmmm... is this "Topper" application configured to forward traps to your
NetView server?
Have you used the MIB browser to make sure the MIB loaded correctly?  I
know you aren't
looking for questions, but I hope this helps.

Our Email support team has just installed a product called Topper to
monitor, CCmail, MSmail and Exchange. I have loaded the mibs into
Netview and added the Enterprise id (bearmtnsw 1.3.6.1.4.1.2510.1) to
the Trap Customization under the Event Configuration window for NetView.
Am I missing something, I'm not seeing events in the event window?
