Joe is my salesman of choice. I've switched vendors two or three times
to continue to work with him. Anytime he or Cambridge are mentioned on
the list I give him a call and some grief.
He sent you a white paper comparing AIT/SDLT/LTO and one paragraph
describing Cambridge and offering any assistance you wanted to ask him
for. Not much of a sales pitch. He could have posted the URL of the
white paper to the list and made everyone fill out the contact
information to see the paper. Instead, he sent it only to you, the guy
that asked for information about AIT. Hardly worth sending a nasty
e-mail to his boss.
The stuff I've had problems with is the stuff I didn't buy from Joe.
