OpsCenter can do this, I believe. You can setup roles in the product to
keep rogue admins out of what they shouldn't be in. The basic version is
free, so you should have it available.
It's accessed via a web page, so it sounds like this will get what you
want.

I got a task to create a web-page which is accessible to Unix and other
teams of my organization who can just access the page, search for a
particular backup job (especially DBBS) and kill it or resume it or
restart it.

When the Netbackup admins are on-call, they will be getting mails from
other teams that the old backup is running and current backup is not
getting a lock, hence the backup cannot start and that jobs needs to be
terminated. Which can be done by Netbackup Admin. So By any chance if we
can propose an internal web page which can be capable of searching the
backups in multiple master servers and can kill that job by a webpage
button.

Hope all got my point.

Please give some light on this, how can I integrate a web page to the
netbackup.
