I think this is pretty clear cut - the
backup will start at 0300 the next day, and subsequent days.
This is why we usually set the frequency to something much less
than the actual desired frequency, and only open the windows when
required.
If you had your freqency set to 12 hours. the next day's backup
would run at 1900 as normal.

I have read Marianne’s and Joseph’s fine
dissertations on Frequency based, but they do not, as far as I
can see, address this question only if you have multiple
schedules running on the same day, which I do understand.
