[Veritas-bu] Where are the license files located on Unix and Linux master

As smpt noted, the files are encrypted. To veiw the actual details, use the
get_license_key command (stored under /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd) to
view the actual keys and what features the keys activate.
