Hi Team,

We are trying to automate alert monitoring of Netbackup from current SMTP emails to automated SNMP traps using opscenter and SCOM

Has anyone implemented that or anything like that ?

The ticketing tool we are looking forward to use is Remedy.

If anyone has done Netbackup integration with SCOM and/or Remedy using SMTP/SNMP for auto ticket generation please share the best practices.
