It should be possible to upgrade the VBR database to OpsCenter, mind you we havn't had much luck with it so far.
Suggest you get hold of symantec support and get them to give the internal technote on how to improve the VBR to OpsCenter migration speed

We have a VBR server that runs reports and sends them out. Long story short we now have an Opscenter server and the VBR server has fallen through the cracks and is now not working because of the agent upgrade at the master server.
Is there a way to migrate the reports too the new Opscenter server from the old VBR server? Or can the VBR server be upgraded to OpsCenter without loosing the reports?
I have a terrible feeling that we will need to recreate these 70 reports new, on the OpsCenter server.
Any help would be appreciated
