I have to say that if you are not familiar with netbackup, do not attempt to
do it yourself.
At least try it with tests systems

Change bk1 to bk2 and bk2 to bk1.   The important thing is that the new
master server have exactly the same host name as the old master did or the
catalog can't be reimported.
