Kindly confirm if you are able to connect to the destination client successfully. Telnet on bpcd port, nslookup should be fine to resolve 25 error code.

I m trying to restore a file from same / different server but getting following error message.

Error bptm cannot connect to bprd to obtain files to restore, Error 0

But there is no problem with backup.

NO CHANGES has been done on the setup...can someone suggest any sol/workaround for this issue.

RESTORE IS NOT AT ALL WORKING and it is failing with error code 25 (Cannot Connect on Socket)
