VM's job starting but backup zero bytes.   Job sits running but does not write 
any data.  It never errors off.  I have only seen this happen with our virtual 
machines.  We are running NB 6.5 so we back up VM's just like we do a regular 
server.  The snapshot feature is not available until 7.1 which we hope to get 
to in a few months, but in the mean time we have to deal with this error.  A 
reboot of the VM will fix the issue, but is there another better way to take 
care of this problem?
