[Veritas-bu] Open file backup error

Hello Geeks,

I am facing issue with one of my windows 2003 SP2 server.

It is on Netbackup 6.5.4 and whenever I try to take its backup using VSP or VSS it fails after long ( The parent streams runs for long)

But whenever I disable open file ,it runs fine.

I need to take open file backups..

Please suggest what is the issue, other clients with same version are running fine and there is no VSS error in this.
