We have NetBackup Master and Media Server at 7.0.1 along with very few Windows 
2000 Servers running SQL2000 and we are backing them up successfully using SQL 
agent for NetBackup. Client version on Win2kSP4 machine is 6.5.3.1. 

There is something else that is wrong in the config I think.
