[Veritas-bu] Job failing with status 174 in netbackup

From bptm logs found that

write_data: write of 64512 bytes indicated only 0 bytes were written, errno = 0

What could be the reason for this issue,

My client and media server communicating fine

from the tech note the issue related to hardware configuration

How do I check whether this is Hardware or netbackup issue?

The Media server is HP unix server
