[Veritas-bu] Client not being seen in network tree

I have NBU 6.5 running on Windows Server 2003.
I have had this problem in the past and I have racked my
brain trying to remember, but to no avail. I am trying to add a new
server within the new corresponding policy, but when I select the Clients tab
and try to add the client server it does not show up in the network tree.
Is there a service that should be running so that it can be shown?
