Seem to remember having this issue eons ago.

What 'restore type' are you running it as 'Normal Backups' or 'Raw Partition
Backups'?

Whichever you've been doing, try the other...i'm sure that's how I fixed it

of course. I can start the restore process but each time the same error
occur: code status 5
