OK, following up to myself i see its nbpem.exe causing this error:

2,51216,116,116,5,1287556836066,4336,4512,11:jobid=30547,0:,0:,0,(14|A28:hostname|A20:STL-LU-MEDIA-SERVERS|A14:SCH_LIVE
 UPDATE|A2:11|A18:system call failed|)

Anyone used windbg to debug these type of NBU issues ?
