Hello Folks,

I have 3 x SL500, and all 3 years old now, I did not see many issues, we had power supplies and the robot replaced, but works fine, no any issues with licensing though. I am planing to add LTO4 drives in mix in the lib where I have two expansions. We used to get support from Sun STK, now we contacted a third party to support, also I did not see any issues. I also still have SL180, works fine as well, and it has much faster robot then on the SL500.
