Hi there,

We resolved the data missing issue as the sequence in drive formatting was 
changed and this was a success.  My new issue is now with the incrementals are 
failing... though we are selecting "normal back" and unchecking the "system 
Volume Information" (recommended by Symantec) we're still failing.

Any insight?
