Almost but not quite.  6.5.5 does NOT support Windows 2008 R2 as a SERVER - only as a CLIENT.  If you want to run a Windows 2008 R2 master server or media server, you need to be running NetBackup 7.0.  Furthermore, the Windows 2008 servers must be running on x64, not x86 or ia64.
