However, hw contains same OS. I mean both os is Solaris 10.

I will open a case to Symantec.

In fact, I opened for moving the catalog from linux to solaris.

They said moving operation is supported between any kind of unix type.

It really worked in my test environment from linux to solaris.

Cross-platform catalog moves are not supported. In this case you're going from SPARC to x64. I can't comment on whether or not it will work, but I'm pretty sure it's unsupported. You can/should open a case with Symantec to verify.
