Rule of thumb for NetBackup : Client version should always be lesser or equal to master server version.
For redirecting restore you could update the proper master and media server entries and do the restore.

1 machine as Master Server wiht NetBackup 6.0MP7
1 machine as Client with NetBackup and Oracle Agent 6.0MP7

My Question are:
- Does it work if Master Server is NetBackp 6.0 and the client is
NetBackup 6.5 ?
