When I login to client using same root and psswd . it works fine and I can login
ftp is normally not allowed as root. Use sftp and hope that it's enabled. If not, you'll need a non-root account to use to push the client. The account does not require any elevated rights - all the push really does is create a directory structure in /tmp anyway, and then you'll need to sign on to finish the install.
Choice 1: use scp (requires keys) or sftp
Choice 2: use a non-root account for ftp
