Full backup (1)?
Incremental will backup all
files changed since LAST backup (full or Incr). In your case it will backup all
files changed up since Friday (6)
2. Will Wed Cumulative
(10) will happen with respect to Sat
Full backup (1).
Cumulative will backup all
files changed since last FULL backup, In your case – all files changed
since Saturday Full (1).
All of this is explained in
NetBackup Admin Guide I in Chapter 4 (Policies) in the Schedules section.

Due to some policy
configuration issue (Sat Full backup 7) did not happened.
Below are my questions.
