[Veritas-bu] Hyper-V NBU Configuration?

I have 6.5.4 installed wanting to do a hyper-v backup. Does anyone have steps to do this (besides the NBU for hyper-v guide). I have done that, but get the 156 error. What is needed to get a successful b/u then restore. I don't know what is needed on Windows side IE.. Space, snapshot defined, SAN Disk, NFS/Samba mount etc...?

I am running Solaris 10 Master/Media, Storedge 6140/30 or T3 NBU 6.5.4 with all clients. Finally need to move the disk image to tape for offsite storage. Thanks for any help or pointing in right direction.
