Hi All

Trying to config our 1st Sharepoint agent. Netbackup 6.5.3 on Master, 6.5.2a on client.

Sharepoint 2003, Windows 2003.  No document level backup.

According to Sharepoint Admin, permissions have been granted as per TechNote: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/283976.htm

Backups fail with status 1. Details:

26/05/2009 14:24:04 PM - started process bpbrm (5148)

26/05/2009 14:24:14 PM - Warning bpbrm(pid=4348) from client SP02: WRN - can't open object: Microsoft SharePoint Resources:\Configuration DB (SP02/SP02_SPS02_Config_db)\SP02_SPS02_Config_db (BEDS 0xE000FEA9: The Backup Exec data store encountered a problem during the operation. the requested operation was partially successful(1)

Same error in logs. We are pretty confident that it’s a permissions problem, but have no idea how to proof this…

Also don’t understand the Backup Exec errors – no BE on Sharepoint server, only NBU.

Any ideas?

Kind Regards

Marianne
