There is NOT firewall involved.
It happens to all bpduplicate jobs whenever I try any DSSU Manual Relocation.
The DSSU is 3.5 TB on SATA disks, it was divided into different folder for
daily, weekly and monthly backup
Hence, I have 3 DSSU setup with S:\daily; S:\weekly and S:\monthly
The DSSU is formated as NTFS
Any ideas ?

This is the begining of the problem; The rest is, I think, all after-effect.
Is there a firewall (appliance/driver) involved - either on the NBU server
or in between the servers?
How big are these bpduplicate jobs? How long they run before failing? Does
this happen to all bpduplicate jobs or some?

I did try just one duplication job failed with same error.
System resources are sufficient, no error in system or applicaiton log

How many duplication jobs are you kicking off at once? Or, are the fragments
very large?
You should check to see if you have any insufficient system resources
messages in the application log on the media server.
