By the way, the version of NBU is 6.5.3 and running on Windows 2003.

I'm having the same issue for 6.5.1 / Solaris 10

There were DST fixes in 6.5.3.1. The 6.5.3.1 release also fixes remotely exploitable security vulnerabilities. The vulnerability & fix is for Windows and Solaris (and other Unixy platforms).
