Check the event logs.
Make sure you have disk space available where NetBackup resides and also
where the Catalog is placed.

What happens with the manual kick off of a Backup job?
Reboot the Server?

All services were up
The robot was fine
The drives were online. 

No backups queued or started .. At all... Not a one.
