Second,

What version of NetBackup are you using?
What do you have specified in:
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/config for SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS?

Third,

You have LTO-2 and LTO-3 drives in the same robot?  Are you sure you have 
the correct assignments done to make sure the tapes go into the right 
drives?
