Can anyone tell me where to get NetBackup Operations Manager 6.5?  I am looking on fileconnect but cannot seem to find a NOM version for windows 2000/2003.  I see NetBackup_6.5_OpMgr.tar.gz  but due to the tar.gz extension I am guessing this is not for windows.
