Yes.
With Networker, you'd probably use 'mminfo' to find all savesets that
have at least a section on that volume. In NetBackup I'd use 'bpimmedia
-mediaid <volume>' to find all images that have at least a section on
that volume.
With Networker, you'd probably use 'nsrinfo' to get a file list within a
saveset (assuming it is still browseable). With NetBackup, you could
use either 'bplist' or 'bpflist' to get a list of files within an image.
