AV not running on the client, tracker
has never been running, the problem is quite recent about a month or so. No
changes prior to the error.

Just in case, if your AV is running during
the backup, can u try to turn it off during the backup as a "test"
only.
Also, make sure TRACKER.exe is not running
(Start / Run / MSCONFIG).
Has the problem recently started? Any
changes made before the problem occurred?

Logs show – connection reset by
peer, however I don’t agree with this as the backup is taking place
locally.

Hi,
I have been experiencing intermittent error 13 on the
backups of a certain client. The error only occurs when performing full
backups. Note that this client is a media server that backs itself up. I have
tried all the recommendations as per the detailed troubleshooting for error 13
technote from Symantec, any suggestions?
