Hi Gary.
Currently VCB does not support the ability to exclude drives
when backing up the full virtual machine at the vmdk level (VMware calls this a
FullVM backup). The ability to selectively backup individual drives will
be available in a future release of NetBackup.

Just getting to grips with vmware/vcb/nbu (6.5.2)
and setting up some
test policies - we're backing up through the vc server and have the
requirement on one of the backups to exclude the D: drive on a vmware
system. Now they don't show up as normal clienst so cant do theexcludes
that way, so thought ok, create a policy with specific drives rather
than all local, but there doesn't seem to be that option - does anyone
know how I can exclude a prticular drive on a vmware client/vcb backup?
TIA
